Nagar Housing Scheme which is launched under government sponsored housing
mission named as Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.

- Flats in the scheme are available in the plinth area of 687 square feet which cost around 28.33 lakh.
- Besides this system, 02 other schemes are also launched by TNHB at Ambattur and KK Nagar Division.
TNHB MKB Housing Scheme Benefits
- Dear candidates scheme is begin under PMAY so the beneficiary of the TNHB New Housing Scheme will obtain the benefits of PMAY.
- By the help of this scheme, Tamil Nadu Housing Board will arrange a home loan from Bank like IIFL under PM Awas Yojana which would assist the beneficiary in purchasing the house through easy installments.
- An interested subsidy of 6.5 percent will be given to the beneficiary on the loan amount of Rs. 6.0 lakh and this loan will be provided for the loan period of 15 years or less.
- Maximum subsidy of 2.2 lakh will be provided to a single beneficiary.
- Applications for flats in the scheme are being invited on first come first basis.
How to Apply: Interested candidates may obtain the
application form from the office of Executive Engineer and Administrative
Officer, Special Project Division-1, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, TNHB Shopping
Complex, 2nd Floor, Rear Wing, Ashok Nagar, Chennai-600083 by paying
the cost which further to be deposited along with the initial deposit in the
same place.
